At Ligna 2023 we will mechanically and electronically connect two side-by-side machines: a panel saw and a through-hole drilling centre, together they can be used by a single operator.

Therefore, the through boring machine works while the operator is employed at the cutting center, not only that but in the cutting center the operator could in the meantime cut and feed other trolleys, carry on with orders for other factory destinations.

The CNC pass-through drilling-milling machine will have the ability to perform precise machining even in points that are unthinkable for the Nesting center such as drilling or milling along the edges of the panel, the ability to work the panel on the 5 sides to square it, make grooves, use angular heads, with lower machining also you will get a panel with clean holes without shavings. To this is added a 120 mm blade in the head capable of making channels or small cuts. All while the operator is busy in the cutting centre. This means a doubling of daily productivity with only one Operator on the two machines.
With our experience in the construction of horizontal panel saws, all with Hi Tech performance and patented solutions.

Our product range includes automatic panel saws for small industries suitable for limited production runs (e.g. our TS 90 model) up to large special plants such as our angular panel sizing system (e.g. our TS NE model) for larger manufacturers and turnkey projects of triangular plants and full automation/handling.
